In this exercise, you have to lie down on an incline bench and perform the exercise by lifting the bar and holding it perfectly above you in a straight line and then bring the bar down till it reaches the middle of your chest area and keeps repeating it. You should perform 3 sets of 10 reps and rest for 60 seconds in between sets.
